The project was carried out at the Technische Universität in Wien (during the course “Destination Moon”), in collaboration with Ottokar Benesch, Daniel Galonja, and Thomas Milchram, students in architecture.

The mobile module for Research is though like a big rover with six legs, to move in all direction and to climb hard slopes. It could be use to explore the landing area to find the best position to build the base. It has an autonomous life support system, and could be integrated with the base. Several actuators will guarantee the stabilization of the module while it’s moving.
